Arkansas SPA resorts

Located next to Texas, Arkansas has a very diverse geography ranging from mountainous regions of the Ozarks and the Ouachita Mountains to the eastern lowlands along the Mississippi River and the Arkansas Delta. Arkansas generally has a humid subtropical climate, which borders on humid continental in some northern highland areas. Due to its mild climate, Arkansas was always an agricultural state. However, recently economy has evolved and diversified to meet the needs of today’s consumer. Tourism share in state’s gross domestic product also increased with SPA related business being a noticeable addition. New SPA resorts are being established in Arkansas every year, but the general level of SPA tourism industry is still low.
